Panama Office rentals is the commercial division of Premier Casa and has been in the rental and property management market since 2002 as a full service property management company meeting the commercial needs of corporations and individuals, providing commercial real estate management for investors from around the world, with prime office space available in Panama City. For The International Investor

For commercial real estate and office space investments in Panama we are the turn key solution to owning income producing office space in Panama City.

*Advertise and show your property.
* Post your property on our net work of web sites and marketing partners and maintain a booking calendar.
* Select qualified tenant(s) and prepare agreement.
* Collect rent and all monies due.
* Bill pay service of utility and maintenance bills of the properties as needed
* Tax filing service for our management clients
* Qualified property maintenance team

Monthly reporting of income and expenses and communication with the owner of any issues with the property.

Our fee is the first month's rent for the placement of a tenet based on a one year rental contract and thereafter 10% of the gross rent for the monthly administration of the office space. There is a one-time initial listing set-up and photography fee of $100.

All cleaning, maintenance and repair expenses are passed on to the owners, we pay and manage all advertising expenses.
